Socorro (Cory) Chafe is a Loan Officer and Loan Processor with ten years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. She has worked in every facet of mortgage lending including loan origination, escrow, and loan processing.

Cory has an excellent relationship with a variety of mortgage lenders, and knows how to package loans so they will be approved. She is experienced in VA, Conventional, USDA, FHA, Construction, and Land Loans as well as credit repair, mortgage loan servicing and audit, and underwriting.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Cory is fluent in Tagalog and Visayan (Ilonggo). She immigrated to Hawaii in 1985, and is a U.S. citizen. In addition to Hawaii, Cory has also lived in Washington State, Texas, and New Mexico.

Cory holds a Mortage Loan Solicitor's license with the State of Hawaii. Her license is registered with Hawaiian Marketing Services (dba American Family Lending).
